These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") describe the text-message program operated by Diamond Label Consulting ("Diamond Label," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program description
Diamond Label sends transactional and informational text messages to clients and prospective clients who opt in. Messages include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations;
- Status updates regarding your consulting engagement;
- Account notifications (e.g., document requests, payment confirmations);
- Responses to questions you send us.
We do not use SMS to send promotional or marketing messages.
How to opt in
You can opt in by (i) checking the SMS-consent box on our website consultation form and submitting your mobile number, (ii) providing your mobile number and verbal/written consent during onboarding, or (iii) texting our number first. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the stage of your engagement. You may receive multiple messages per week during active phases and fewer messages otherwise.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Diamond Label does not charge a fee to send SMS messages; standard carrier charges from your wireless provider still apply.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message we send you. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send any additional messages. To opt back in, text START or submit a new opt-in via our website.

Supported carriers
The program is available on most major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and Cricket. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The phone numbers and opt-in data you provide for SMS are used solely to deliver the messages described above and are shared only with the messaging service providers strictly necessary to deliver those messages. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
